I have over 10 years experience in design, and have been creating websites since the early, dark and dial-up days of the internet.
Initially building websites in HTML as a teen, I then went on to study Visual Communications in Waterford Institute of Technology. This gave me an understanding of design history and theory to better appreciate what makes great visual design work. I've been designing ever since, and have created a large body of work, both digitally and in print.
I am always working to improve my skills in UX theory and practice, front-end and visual design. I recently finished a Diploma in UX to learn the latest workflows in user experience design and also continue to hone my front-end development skills for UI-related work. In recent years I also completed a Masters in Professional Design Practice at Dublin Institute of Technology (DIT).
When I am not being busy and important, I enjoy gardening, playing music and generally faffing around with my family. Pictured is me with my son, somewhat reluctantly dressed as a pumpkin!Get in touch
